Designed by a practicing clinician, SMARTScore enables you to create a social support network using hand-selected contacts already saved on your phone.

The app generates a daily SMARTScore through the integration of psychology, statistics, cognitive behavior analytics, and engaging technologies that guide the user in daily metric-driven self-measurements.

On behalf of the user, the SMARTScore app proactively reaches out to the pre-identified members of their social support network—when user-set thresholds are reached—and enlists their support.
